Most patients complete 8 to 12 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, achieving 80-90% permanent reduction after a full series. No downtime is required. Our certified laser technicians have performed over 150,000 procedures at Sedona.
How it works
Sedona uses the Cynosure Elite™, a medical-grade laser combining two wavelengths: the 755nm Alexandrite for light skin types, and the 1064nm Nd:YAG for dark skin types. This dual-wavelength system is what allows us to treat all skin tones safely and effectively, unlike single-wavelength or IPL-based devices.

What does Software Technology Address
Fine lines, wrinkles, and skin laxity, particularly in the mid-face, brow, and neck, that develop as collagen production naturally decreases with age.
How it works
Sofwave uses SUPERB™ (Synchronous Ultrasound Parallel Beam) technology to deliver controlled energy precisely 1.5mm into the mid-dermis, where collagen is produced. The outer skin layer is continuously protected by an integrated cooling system. The treatment stimulates your skin's own collagen regeneration process, with results developing progressively over 12 weeks.
What to expect
Most patients need one to two treatments. Sessions take 30 to 45 minutes, with no required downtime, you can return to your normal routine the same day. Results are gradual and natural-looking, not sudden. Sedona Laser Center is the only provider of Sofwave™ in the Edina area.
